Frequently asked questions
Does PezzoFin connect to my bank?
No. You upload the PDF or CSV you already download from online banking. We never ask for your bank username or password.
Can it move my money or pay bills for me?
No. PezzoFin only records transactions. It never initiates payments, transfers or charges of any kind.
I'm coming from Quicken. Do I lose my history?
No. Export a QIF file from Quicken and we import it with accounts, categories, payees and classes. You can review the mapping before confirming.
How do you handle dollars and pesos?
Every transaction is stored in its original currency. Conversions use that day's Banxico FIX rate and stay locked; they are never silently recalculated.
Do you calculate my taxes?
No. PezzoFin doesn't estimate taxes. You get clean reports by category and class so your accountant can work faster.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime. If you drop to Free your data stays; only what you can add is limited.
